Summary


In this chapter, we have used R to measure a fixed income portfolio's interest rate risk. We have covered selected functions of the GUIDE package, and applied the convertible bond pricing function of the RQuantLib package. In the next chapter, you'll learn how you can use R for estimating the spot yield curve.
