Summary

In this chapter we learned about the validation and important aspects of validation. We looked at the reasons why validation is important, how it can impact the business operations.

Moving ahead in chapter we looked importance of different types of validations for a successful project. After validation stage we looked at what is meant by UAT and why it is important. We talked about areas such as identifying right time, right user and training the user which should be taken care before UAT.

Lastly we saw how to prepare for the Go Live day. In that we talked about different areas such as license assignment, training users, user manual preparation, defining escalation matrix and demo presentation.
