As your gold pile steadily increases, keep in mind that you are now significantly higher than the average player who is likely to have only 80,000 gold or less. Why this is important to remember in your gold-making endeavors is because you may be tempted to try and gouge your customer base for every copper they have; keep in mind , though, that they won't be able to afford items if the prices are too high.
