The Author(s) of the project: That's us! We have created the project, and we are the ones that initiate and manage the reviewing workflow. We know the project by heart, and we have Captivate installed on our computers.
The Reviewer(s): These are the ones that will view and comment on our work. Some of them might know about Captivate, but some don't know anything about the technical part of our work (which is exactly what we need to have a fresh and open-minded feedback). Consequently, lots (if not all) of our reviewers do not have Captivate available on their systems.
