In this last chapter, we will take advantage of the Flash foundations of Captivate. The Flash technology includes a programming language called ActionScript. This language is one of the most powerful tools included in the Flash platform. It can be used to implement virtually anything that Flash is capable of (and that means a lot of things indeed!). When publishing our project to Flash, Captivate generates a lot of ActionScript code behind the scenes. It is the Flash Player that executes this ActionScript at runtime.
