With the completion of Chapter 5, Working with Audio, we can consider that the slides of our Encoder Demonstration project are all final. There are, however, a few more things to do before the movie can be published. In this section, we will discuss these Final Changes one by one.
Checking the spelling is probably one of the most fundamental Final Changes. After all, we are supposed to be teachers, and teachers know how to write with no mistakes! The Spell Checker of Captivate works like any other Spell Checker found in many other text authoring applications.
In Captivate 6, the Spell Checker has the ability to check the text typed in various locations throughout the project. This includes the text typed in the Text Captions, in the Slide Notes, in the Text Animations, in the Buttons, and in the Table of Contents.
Before we use the Spell Checker, we will take a quick look at its options using the following steps:
1. Open the Preferences of Captivate by using...
