Marco Boerlage is a Dutchman with a varied background in IT. After finishing his study in business informatics, Amsterdam, he started working at Randstad, which was the beginning of his career in international application development. His specialty is to design and build HR and payroll systems, and he has led many projects and departments in that area.

Currently, Marco works at eMerus HR Solutions, which is a fast-growing company that delivers an integrated HR and payroll application in the cloud. eMerus develops on the Force.com platform, provided by Salesforce.com. Marco's activities range from specifying functionalities to testing and deploying Apex and Visualforce code in customer orgs.

John M. Daniel has been working in the technology sector for over 20 years. During this time, he has worked with a variety of technologies and in a variety of roles. Currently, John works for FinancialForce.com. He holds multiple certifications, including the Advanced Developer certification, and is in the process of attaining the Certified Technical Architect certification. John's passions include time with family, swimming, the beach, and working on various open source projects such as ApexUML.

Anup Jadhav is a Salesforce technical architect with over 6 years of experience building applications on the Force.com platform. He is a graduate from the University of Mumbai and has worked with several languages (C, C++, C#, Java, and JavaScript), frameworks (.NET, Struts, Spring, and Visualforce), and integration technologies in his brief career that spans over 9 years. He is passionate about all things related to technology and plays adventure RPGs in his spare time.

He has worked with several Force.com consultancies and helped media clients in the UK such as News UK, Financial Times, and The Daily Telegraph. He is currently working as the "Head of Mobility, UK" at Cloudsherpas where he is architecting and implementing Mobile solutions on the Salesforce1 platform"

Pat Patterson has been working with Internet technologies since 1997, building software and working with developer communities at Sun Microsystems, Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd, and Salesforce. At Sun, Pat was best known as the community lead for the OpenSSO open source project, while at Huawei, he worked on cloud storage infrastructure software. Since joining the developer evangelism team at Salesforce in late 2010, he has worked with all aspects of what is now the Salesforce1 Platform, developing a focus on identity and integration. Describing himself as an articulate techie, Pat has coded everything from Linux kernel drivers to JavaScript web apps, written numerous online articles, and spoken at conferences on five continents.
