Installation issues


You may get an error message during the installation explaining that Setup is missing an installation prerequisite - Microsoft SQL Server 2012 System CLR.

To resolve this issue, install both versions of Microsoft® System CLR Types for Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (x86 and x64).

Note

If the issue persists, try logging in to the SolarWinds SAM server with a Local Administrator account, and then run the installation package.
