I dedicate this book to my mother, whom I lost to Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) disease while I was writing this book. We were really close and watching her die everyday was not easy at all. However, I was really motivated by her desire to live even when in so much pain and agony. All she wanted in life for me was to be happy. I really want to thank her for all the love, affection, and care.
