Your first SharePoint project is a risky endeavor and this chapter has explained some considerations that are important to increase the likelihood that the project will be successful. You can see that you will need to manage a wide array of expectations and preconceived notions from both your end user business partners and your development team, with a defined right amount of scope for the project too little and you may win the battle but lose the expectations; too much and you may lose the battle and have to regroup entirely.
