The case background is as follows: A customer need software life cycle management wants to move to version 5 of the VMware vSphere platform. All of vSphere's features will be used to create a flexible, dynamic, and solid virtual infrastructure. This virtual infrastructure will be used as the foundation for the private cloud. The customer is challenged by several business initiatives when it comes to delivering IT services to their customers.
