Successful cloud design requires good data. Successful cloud design, more importantly, requires the effective communication of decision supporting data. Many transformation projects fail from poor communication, poor execution, and a lack of adoption, all potentially resolved with well-executed change management and communication plans. Successful solutions require real-time data; the same data that is very beneficial when used for change management and communication plans.
