The large amount of flexibility the database activity affords you does mean that the activity is sometimes perceived as being complicated or difficult to use. It doesn't have to be, though. Perform the following simple steps to set up a database assignment:
On your course page, click on Turn editing on, and in one of your topic areas, click on Add an activity or resource, select Database, and then click on the Add button.
