Blazor WebAssembly by Example - Third Edition

To complete this project, you need to have Visual Studio 2026 installed on your PC. For instructions on how to install the free Community Edition of Visual Studio 2026, refer to Chapter 1, Introduction to Blazor WebAssembly.
You will also need the Skills folder that is provided in the Resources folder of the GitHub repository for this chapter. The Skills folder contains five agent skills that you will be using with your AI assistant.
This chapter uses OpenAI to power the AI model for your project. To get started with OpenAI, sign up for a free account at https://auth.openai.com/create-account. Once you are registered and logged in, purchase the minimum amount of credit allowed, https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/billing. Don't worry, you will only need to spend pennies to build and test your skill-driven AI assistant.
