Create a new sequence. Don't worry about the settings, but rename it

.Drag-and-drop the
Rain_In_Greece.avi
file from the Project panel onto Video 1, and press backslash to zoom the Timeline to the duration of this clip.Switch to the Effects browser (Shift + 7), and type
