Technical requirements

In order to perform the exercises in this chapter, you need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • You need Administrator and Author access to a working Captivate Prime account (it can be a trial account).
  • In addition to the administrator account mentioned previously, you need access to at least three different learner accounts and one manager account.
  • There must be at least one course containing both synchronous (live) and asynchronous (on-demand) activities defined on your account. At least one of these activities must have multiple delivery methods enabled.

If you have completed the exercises in the previous chapters, you should be ready to begin this chapter immediately. If you have not read the previous chapters, make sure you meet the aforementioned requirements before proceeding. You can also read through the steps without doing the practical exercises.
