Viewing Enrolled Learners

In the Enrollment by managers section, earlier in this chapter, you saw how managers have access to the list of learners enrolled in a course. But managers can only see the data about their team members. Also, they do not have access to the waitlist. Only administrators and instructors have a comprehensive overview of all the learners enrolled in a given course.

In this section, you will review the list of enrolled learners from the administrator's perspective. The instructor role will be covered in more detail in Chapter 8, Exploring the Instructor Role.

Perform the following steps to log in as an administrator and review the list of learners that have enrolled in the custom course you created in Chapter 4, Creating Skills and Courses:

  1. Make sure you are logged in as an administrator.
  2. From the administrator home page, click the Courses link located in the Learning section of the left sidebar.
