Screen sharing


You've created your online meeting and learned how to invite users and manage participants, and you're ready to begin presenting materials. Let's begin with screen sharing. In order to start sharing your screen in the meeting, you begin by clicking the button labeled Start Presenting in the upper-left corner of the window under the menu bar. Clicking that button will enable you to configure your screen sharing session.

After clicking the Start Sharing button, the label on the button changes to Stop Sharing so that you can hand over control to another meeting attendee if you so desire. The Start Sharing button also makes the Welcome, Screen Sharing, and Whiteboard tabs on the main meeting window become active. To start the screen sharing configuration, click the Screen Sharing tab.
