Business processes are a very critical part of any business application. Business process flow is one of the business process implementation tools in CRM 2015 that allows us to implement different kinds of processes with different stages. So we can divide our processes into small stages such as qualify, develop, process, and close. We can enable business processes for system entities as well as for custom entities. The following screenshot displays the out-of-the-box Lead to Opportunity Sales Process; this process is enabled by default for the lead entity.
