In the previous chapter, Chapter 6, Monitoring Workloads on vCloud Air, we learned about the features and benefits of the VMware vRealize suite of products, especially the vRealize Operations Manager. We saw how to deploy a fully clustered and highly available Operations Manager, and later learned how to integrate it with both vSphere and vCloud Air environments using ready-to-use Solutions and Management packs.

In this final chapter, we will be exploring one of the most important functionalities and requirements of most of the enterprises today: business continuity and disaster recovery. We will learn the features and functionalities provided by VMware vCloud Air's Disaster Recovery service offering, and later see how to set up and test the same.
