Setting up CloudFront--EC2 origin

CloudFront is a Content Delivery Network (CDN) service provided by AWS. CloudFront offers a globally distributed network which serves cache content such as images, videos, and static files from distributed data centers called edge locations. The edge locations are points of presence (POP), which are owned and operated by CloudFront.

While a number of techniques can be used to mitigate DoS/DDoS attacks in the cloud, CloudFront is one of the best services that can manage large user requests while delivering good services to good customers. CloudFront absorbs DoS/DDoS flooding attacks.

There are two types of distribution that CloudFront provides:
