Using the M5Stack Core vibration motor unit

You can use the M5Stack Core to operate a vibration motor. The vibration motor unit has a weight that is offset and mounted to its rotating shaft. Figure 3.3 shows an example of the M5Stack Core vibration motor, whose shaft has an attached metal-eccentric weight:

In general, a wide range of products use a vibration motor unit to provide physical stimuli to the user. This physical sensory perception or haptic feedback allows an individual to be totally immersed in the product through a human interaction experience. You can easily operate an M5Stack Core vibration motor using the UIFlow Blockly code software. In the next section, you will learn how to attach a vibration motor to the M5Stack Core. Further, you will learn how to program the M5Stack Core to operate the vibration motor.
