In this chapter, we learned about new Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 features such as nested quick create enhanced business process flow and business rule enhancement. We discussed different deployment options with clients that we can use to access CRM 2015. We also discussed software and hardware requirements for CRM 2015 with different upgrade options. Finally, we discussed the new license model introduced in CRM 2015.
