Working with raster data in QGIS

QGIS can be used to perform a number of raster data analysis and management tasks. Having covered how to work with raster data in R, this chapter now looks at how to do some of those tasks, as well as others tasks, in QGIS. Some of the tasks performed in R with raster data can be done faster in QGIS. We'll now have a look at some of these functionalities in QGIS.
