Summary

In this chapter, we started with the activities and tasks to consider during planning to train your end users. Next, we reviewed the various activities that go into training preparation. Then, we discussed aspects of why we need a good training environment and various types of training materials that supplement and reinforce our training sessions. By now, you must have a good idea that live training is more impactful and how to facilitate it. We saw a few good examples and explored how they can aid us in ensuring that we covered all areas of the functionality for all our users. Finally, we concluded the chapter by understanding the benefits of training and a few takeaway practical tips that you can take into consideration for your project.
