Rolling out the production environment

Once the go-live checklist is completed, and the go-ahead is given to proceed to production, the solution is ready to be deployed. This section will discuss the various activities that are carried out by solution architects to ensure the successful completion of the Power Platform rollout.

The cutover

The cutover plan that was prepared in the earlier sections of this document is used during the actual rollout into production. With their deep understanding of the implementation, solution architects are well suited to help coordinate the rollout steps. The following table illustrates how a cutover plan might be checked through to completion:
