Customizing charts


A chart is a graphical visualization of data in your CRM system. Using charts can help your users understand large volumes of data to gain insight and enable them to make smarter business decisions rapidly.

Charts are based on a single record type and are generated from the current list of records. So, changing the view associated with the chart will update the chart, and drilling into the chart will update the list of associated records.
