You need to add a chart to the account form showing the value of won sales opportunities each month in columns.

You have opened the account form editor. What steps do you need to take to add the chart to the account form (choose all that apply)?

  1. Click on the Sub-Grid button from the Insert tab.

  2. Click on the Chart button from the Insert tab.

  3. In the Data Source section of the List or Chart Properties window, select Opportunities (Potential Customer) as the Entity and Closed Opportunities as the Default View.

  4. In the Chart Option section of the List or Chart Properties window, select Actual Revenue by Month as the Default Chart.

  5. In the Chart Option section of the List or Chart Properties window, select Column as the Chart Type.
