A staged approach


Now it's time to develop an implementation plan. The proposed plan is to take an iterative approach that builds confidence and capability as your team learns what works and what doesn't work, and continually refine and improve the effectiveness of their efforts.

Stage 1 – Preparing

The first stage is to prepare your social networking presence across multiple platforms and establish the structure and resources to engage through these platforms. This means taking stock of your presence. This may include the corporate careers page, your Facebook careers page, employee LinkedIn groups, and official careers Twitter accounts. Any gaps can be addressed by establishing a new presence consistent with your employer brand.
