Summary

In this chapter, we have learned how to design visualizations in a Qlik Sense app. We have also looked at the DAR methodology to build an application, focusing on how we can use this to help the user explore and analyze an application's information.

We also learned about using Insight Advisor, and how it helps us to select the correct visualization for analysis. We also created Master items to leverage the self-service creation of new visualizations and sheets. Lastly, we looked at how to create calculation expressions and how to avoid performance issues.

In the next chapter, we shall see how to create a sales analysis app and apply the DAR methodology.
