Summary
In this chapter, we focused on understanding the importance of the SHAP framework for model explainability. By now, you have a good understanding of Shapley values and SHAP. We have covered how to use SHAP for model explainability through a variety of visualization and explainer methods. Also, we have covered a code walk-through for using SHAP to explain regression models. Finally, we discussed some advantages and limitations of the framework.
In the next chapter, we will cover more interesting practical use cases for applying SHAP on different types of datasets.
