Supporting multiple return values

To work on retrieving multiple return values, let us first make a Lua function that actually does that. In script.lua, add the following function:

function dump_params(...)
    local results = {}
    for i, v in ipairs{...} do
        results[i] = i .. ": " .. tostring(v) ..
            " [" .. type(v) .. "]"
    end
    return table.unpack(results)
end

This will get every argument and print out its type. We first put them in a table, then we unpack the table so that each table entry is returned as a separate value.

Now, we have some decisions to make. We are happy with the current call function except for its return value. However, we cannot overload a function in C++ for a different return type. We need to create another function that...
