Discussions on spaces and documents


Alfresco provides a special type of space called Discussion forums for collaboration. You can leverage the extensive security framework to provide access to these spaces to promote collaboration. You can also set up inter-departmental collaboration using spaces, allowing multiple people to work on documents within a particular space.

Using the collaborative features, the author of a document can invite others to work on the document and participate in the general discussions about the document.
