In the previous chapter, we worked with attributes assigned to pages. As already mentioned, attributes can also be connected to files. Assume you've got a nice collection of photos which are really important to you, and you would therefore like to add a note to each picture, telling a little bit about its story. Having this kind of information assigned to files makes it easy for you to pull them into any part of concrete5 you want.
In this section, we're going to add a new attribute to our files where we can save a little description about the file. We then create another template for the slideshow block which uses this attribute to display the additional information about the picture right in the slideshow.
