Establish the workflow methodology and new modes of collaboration, from business models to executable
Plan the first processes along APIs and services
Define the means to measure KPIs in workflows
Solidify tool selection through a prototype
Create a reference implementation in tool selection
Conduct the first workflow project (a model to test)
Define conventions for models, names, user roles, versions, structure, design, deployment and testing
Design event-collecting mechanisms through the notification engine and how workflows consume notifications from the engine
