In this concluding chapter, we'll explore three largely unrelated animation methods available in Unity. These are Blend Shapes, for creating morph-like animations, such as lip-synch and facial motion; Inverse Kinematics (IK), for posing character hands and feet at runtime; and movie textures, for playing prerendered movie files, such as MP4 files, on a 3D surface as a texture. All of these are less common animation methods in Unity, but can nonetheless play a powerful role in creating emotive and believable experiences. Let's consider each of them in turn.
