The outputs section of the createUiDefinition.json defines the outputs that are than mapped to the template parameters. This section should be considered as the link from your UI to the Azure Resource Manager template.
The outputs section is basically a dictionary of key<value> pairs, that are put together from static values and the elements of our steps.
