Whenever we make contact with a number in the outgoing campaign and we would like to use a third-party software or application, we can invoke a URL providing the information of the call to this software as parameters.
To add a URL, go to the Call Center | Outgoing Calls | External URLs menu. In this menu, we can see the status of all the created URLs.
Clicking on Show Filter | New URL will redirect us to the URL creation web page.
Enter the following information:
URL Template: This is the complete URL we are creating. For example, we will create the following URL:
http://ipadress/program.php?agent={__AGENT_NUMBER__}&phone={__PHONE__}&campaign={_CAMPAIGN_ID_}
