Business solution modeling is a series of working sessions where scenarios are executed against the packaged business software and the underlying business model in order to validate expected results. Business solution modeling should be conducted through a series of iterative and incremental sessions with the entire project team (do not silo individuals on your project team). These sessions focus on the business processes that will be impacted by the implementation.
