Creating a project container for a play is accomplished the same general way as it was accomplished for screenplays and audio-visual scripts.
We first create a new directory on our hard disk. In my case, I'm planning a stage production entitled An Evening with Professor Celtx, as shown in the following screenshot:
Now we start Celtx and choose the Theatre project on the Splash page, which gives us a new Theatre project container. Note, the following screenshot comes with ACT I and Scene 1 headings already in place:
Finish up by:
1. Right clicking on the generic Stageplay script and changing its name to something closer to the name of your script (in my case An Evening with Professor Celtx). You could also, at this time, delete the generic Sketch just to avoid confusion. Should you want one later, it's easy enough to create it with the blue Add button.
2. Click on File to the upper left of the Celtx window and choose Save Project As... or use the Ctrl...
