RideRight Bike Parts Company has implemented the contact management integration and the sales management integration between their CRM and ERP applications. Their sales users are particularly pleased with the way that they can now do quotes and orders from their CRM application and how this has sped up their workflow and allowed for a higher throughput of sales.

The successful rollout of the integration has prompted management to look further downstream in the sales process to see if any more benefits can be gained from their CRM to ERP integration. They are now focused on using CRM to speed up the payment of invoices and improve the company cash flow.

At RideRight Bikes, invoices are sent out with the bicycle accessories that are sold to their customers. The standard payment terms are 30 days after receipt of invoice.
