Scribus 1.3.5: Beginner's Guide
A bookmark is another kind of link that you can add to your PDF files. Unlike hyperlinks, a bookmark will be used only to enhance the navigation within the current document. In fact, you can add bookmarks to many parts of your content, but generally it's a good idea to add bookmarks to the table of content destination because PDF viewer generally displays bookmarks in a sidebar. This makes it very handy to navigate through the document. It is much more usable than regular Table of Contents.
Of course, bookmarks can be added to any other content of the document. In Scribus, you can do this by:
Right-clicking on the frame you want to bookmark and choosing PDF Options | Is PDF Bookmark
Going to Item | PDF Options | Is PDF Bookmark to bookmark the currently selected frame

Change the font size
Change margin width
Change background colour
