As explained in the previous chapter, the first step will be to install the module onto our demo website as follows:

  • Extract the file using any unzipping software.

  • Upload the News folder to the /public_html/xoopsbook/modules/ folder on your website using your FTP client.

  • Log into XOOPS on your website and then install News and activate it.
