Here are some questions you might ask yourself:
Will people be allowed to post reviews or just give ratings?
Do users have to subscribe to the site and log in to leave reviews?
Do you want to create your own in-depth reviews and maybe let users add their own too?
What kind of product or service will people be reviewing?
If you're including multiple types of products or services, how do you need to structure your site to accommodate these? Think about whether you need custom post types or taxonomies (for more on custom post types and taxonomies, see later in this chapter).
