Time for action - adding a folder


Okay, having thousands of files, links, and items as noted in the previous section can clutter the Project Window up. Imagine having a thousand items in that window and having to scroll though all those to find one. No problem, we can easily create subfolders, which have subfolders, which also have subfolders, and on and on. Glorious organization!

To create a subfolder, carry out the following steps:

  1. 1. Click on the file folder icon, which is located just under the Project Library title, between the Add Item button and the grayed out x of the delete function, as shown in the following screenshot:

    The Add Folder... mini dialog box pops up, as shown in the following screenshot, like a rabbit from its hole:

  2. 2. We enter the title of our new folder in the Name: text entry box.

  3. 3. In the Location: box, we find the name of our current project, which corresponds to the root folder of the Projects Library, as shown in the first screenshot of this section.

  4. 4. Clicking on...
