Harrison is one of the core developers of Cocos2d-x. As a maintainer of this broadly used game engine, he has been working on the v2.x and v3.x versions since 2013, focusing on rendering modules. In addition to this, he is experienced on desktop game developing, including game logic, rendering, animation, and particle systems. In his own words, "Cocos2d-x is making progress, I hope my team and I can provide a good engine for all developers—code less, enjoy more!"

Carlos Piñan is a software engineer with 5 years of experience and is dedicated to game development and Android development. He contributes libraries to the Cocos2d-x communities and contributes to the Android community as well. He is a speaker at different events and is a trainer for Android apps.

He contributes to algorithm books and other Cocos2d-x books as well.

Germán González Rodríguez is a software engineer with a master's degree in telecommunications engineering and over 7 years' experience working as a game, app, and web developer on the PC, Mac, iOS, and Android platforms. He has had a passion for programming video games since an early age. In school, he checked out hundreds of library books and typed in thousands of lines of BASIC code to make text adventures on his father's old 386 computer.

After he finished his degree, he worked for an independent video game developing company called Lemon Team in Alicante, Spain, until he became a freelance software engineer. In that time, he successfully shipped games on the App Store, Google Play Store, Amazon Appstore, and Windows Store with more than 2,000,000 combined installations for companies such as Amazon Games Studios and Fresh Games.

At present, he lives in the US and tries to promote sustainability practices as a game developer in the nonprofit organization Cool Choices, which is based in Madison, Wisconsin.
