Chapter 3: Delving into ZIA Policy Features
In this chapter, we will learn about the various features, traffic forwarding methods, authentication mechanisms, and the Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC).We will learn what each feature does and what the industry best practice is for using that particular feature. Luckily, Zscaler enables most of the industry-standard practices by default. After this chapter, we will be ready to start planning a customized Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) solution for a small business or a large enterprise.
