Summary
In this chapter, we looked at the features of the ZIA policy that can be broadly categorized into Web, Mobile, and Firewall policies. An enterprise can customize these various policies to suit its business needs. A strong understanding of the implications of turning on a certain option is necessary for an enterprise administrator to create a robust security policy necessary for an enterprise to meet its security obligations. This knowledge will come in handy when architecting a Zscaler ZIA solution.
In the next chapter, we will look at the various options of forwarding end-user traffic to Zscaler, the authentication methods that can be configured for end users, and the capability and flexibility of the Zscaler Client Connector application.
