Adding the page footer is as simple as adding the page header. Edit the footer.php file in your theme directory. Again you can take the html/includes/page-footer.html HTML partial from Chapter 3, Customizing Your Blog with Bootstrap and Sass, as an example.

At the end, the HTML and PHP code in the footer.php file should look as follows:
