Ext.NET provides a number of ways in which you can arrange form fields.
Checkboxes and Radio buttons can be configured to show in a variety of ways, for example, rendered in rows, or a column, or multiple columns. For example, using a simple container to hold a RadioGroup:

means you do not need to set a radio Name
